Introduction

Al-Ghanim International is one of Kuwait’s most prominent civil and electronic mechanical engineering and contracting companies. Excavation & transportation of soil is one of the projects which al-Ghanim is working for. Their main aim is to clear the land which is fully covered with contaminated soil. Project Program Under United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC), as part of the Kuwait Environmental Remediation Project, to decontaminate the oil areas impacted as a result of Iraqi invasion and occupation of Kuwait. The project is for 1.71 Million cubic meters excavation and transportation of oil/sludge and heavy oil contaminated soil to the constructed landfill in North Kuwait.

Al-Ghanim International implemented Pegasus International Transportation System (PITS) system for operation of excavation soil project. As a solution PITS solution provides.

PITS is a cloud system from where we can control the software from any place in the world using public ip. PITS show the quality & quantity of soil carries from excavating to landfill area. It shows no. of trips have been done in daily basis. Also we have supplied GPS module to transport vehicles to controlling the speed & calculating the time during operational trips. It shows live status of vehicle, speed control, and history of routes during the month.

Pits cloud integrated with Pegasus PPT8522 all in one mobile computer with PDA & NFC.

User enable to track all vehicles and scan, printing of trips of soil instantly. PTS provided GPS integration and gives live Vehicle tracking as well trips KM total, which help KOC to calculate billings.
