Summary:
We are
currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Software Product Manager who will
be responsible for product management for Pegasus Apps. Our ideal candidate
will be self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
and manage details with a high level of accuracy.
Essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage
key requirements leading up to and through product launches including
overseeing all submission/deployment processes, financial analysis/forecasting,
presentation development, and competitive analysis.
Manage
versions, updates, changes, beta tests, deployments, and launches.
Coordinate
internal and external communication with regards to features, schedules,
installations,
announcements, and releases.
Help
establish licensing models and pricing for modules.
Define
views and reports and work with 3rd party vendors to provide designs to
implement those views and reports
Test and
evaluate feature implementations before launch.
Drive
initiatives to accelerate sales and increase customer lifetime value.
Leverage
data analysis to make recommendations on driving business growth.
Proactively
identify areas of opportunity & risk.
Analyze
and present hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts.
Develop a
deep understanding of the product/business vision and independently run with
initiatives based on that understanding.
Monitor
product usage and interact regularly with sales force, account managers, and
customers to analyze product feedback and build product knowledge
Work with
Stakeholders and the SW Development Team to define software product roadmaps.
Drive
usability testing, measure and report results, track bugs and define areas for
constant enhancement and optimization for the end-to-end user experience.
Manage
hosted demos to maintain installations and provide feedback to the Sales team.
Deliver
product demos to customers, prospects, and internal audiences.

Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities:
To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

Understand
Client/Server architectures.
Experience
with SQL Server or equivalent databases.
Basic
HTML and CSS experience required.
Programming
experience a plus.
Background
knowledge of commercial application and ERP knowledge.
Knowledge
of DOT Net tools and controls and programming logics.
A proven
track record of taking software products from inception to customer
delivery.
Possesses
interest in creating, developing, testing and analyzing new and existing
software
products.
Passion
for gaining insights into customer needs, translating those needs into
effective
product requirements.
High
attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
simultaneously.
Ability
to clearly communicate and work well in cross-functional teams; excellent
written
and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and
deliver presentations.
Ability
to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Strong
knowledge of Scrum and Projects Management.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s
Degree required, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Business Development
focus
preferred;
High
level of proficiency with Microsoft products, specifically Outlook, Word,
PowerPoint,
Visio, and Excel.
Minimum
7-10 years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of
education
and
related work experience.
